About the event
"Galentine's Day" has been my favourite new holiday ever since Parks and Recreation's Lesley Knopes "invented" it in 2010 - and her words are definitely worth repeating here:
"What's Galentine's Day? Oh, it's only the best day of the year. Every February 13th, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home, and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style. Ladies celebrating ladies."
Paint the Town is ALL ABOUT celebrating and centring ladies, so I absolutely could not let this one pass by without recognising the day!
This year we will be making a candle vessel out of acrylic resin - and then we will be pouring the candle!
You do not need to have any previous experience. We will learn how to mix, colour and pour the acrylic resin and seal it; while you wait for it to set, choose your candle scent and colour;…
